Winston-Salem Festival of Books and Authors

North Carolina friends, I’ll be in Winston-Salem this weekend for the Festival of Books and Authors. I’d love to see you!

Here’s my Saturday schedule:

September 12
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM at Winston Square Park — Spanish & English Storytime. I’ll be reading Last Stop on Market Street in both English and Spanish. Okay, someone will be there to assist me with the Spanish. But this will be a great event.

1:00 – 1:45 PM in the Hanesbrands Theatre — I’ll be putting my YA cap back on and talking about The Living and The Hunted. Book signing to follow.

3:15 – 4:00 PM in the Hanesbrands Theatre — “Celebrating Diversity in Books” panel with fellow authors Patricia Park, Jewell Parker Rhodes and Aisha Saeed.
